Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours unless it is the weekend. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will not go out until Monday. Credit card purchases will take 24 hours to process (see payment policy below) and then will be shipped. Processing orders may be delayed if there are any discrepancies in shipping and billing information. Orders purchased using a credit card or Paypal can only be shipped to the address on file with the bank or verified address with Paypal.
Acceptable addresses
We currently only ship to the United States and select countries. If your country is not listed on the drop down menu during checkout or account creation then we do not ship to that country.
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses even if it is located within a country not on our accepted list. please contact us to make special arrangements.
Domestic Shipping policy
Currently we offer 2-3 day Priority and 1 day Express for domestic orders. If you are unable to be available to sign for your package please arrange for your post office to hold your package so you can pick it up and sign for it then. We require signature confirmation on all orders.
International Shipping Policy
For international orders we offer Global Express which also comes with signature confirmation. Orders will be shipped within the 24-48 hour time frame but shipping times will vary depending on your countries customs regulations. The customer is responsible for all duties/tariffs/taxes when an order is received in their countries customs. We will not claim a lesser value on any order.
Unclaimed orders
If an order is shipped back to us unclaimed then we will contact you regarding the matter. You will be required to pay for any additional shipping charges to have the order mailed again. If you decide to cancel the order it will be treated as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Policies
We offer a 30 day return policy on all tangible products. Repair guides and software are non refundable.
Defective Products
Defective items must be reported as defective within 10 days of receiving the product. Shipping the defective product is the customers responsibility. Items returned as defective will be inspected and verified. If the item is not defective the customer will be charged a $10 service fee and can have the item returned to the customer at his/her expense or receive a refund minus the $10 service charge and original shipping cost. Items found to be defective can either be exchanged for the same product, be issued store credit or refunded in full plus shipping charges. We will not exchange one product for another, if you would prefer this then request to be issued store credit and then purchase the item you want.
Non Defective Products
An item returned for a refund that is not defective and within the 30 day return period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. |
